Jefferson Row consists of 27 condos located in NW DC., close to Dupont Circle. The front four building along Jefferson Place were completely gutted and a new addition built on the back side to allow for 17 more units.

This project was truly unique as the historical architecture was preserved where possible and the new trim was chosen to compliment the old.

The contractor that was building Jefferson Row, McCullough Construction, heard of us in July of 2006. They were looking for someone to provide door, hardware, and trim installation and Evergreen was suggested to them by a person who had seen our work.

To our delight McCullough accepted our proposal and we successfully completed the project for them in April of 2007. We have built a strong relationship and are in negotiations on future projects.
